In 1997: www.AmptRecords.com wanted to change their host but the registration company that the web address was registered through wouldn't release the address from the web host..the address had three years left until its expiration date..So Ampt Records opted to use their conglomerate name as a web address (UnitedNationz.ORG) until they could reregister amptrecords.com. They encountered some set backs with the new address: some had a problem with the spelling, Ampt had zero support from the other companies in their conglomerate and unitednationz.COM was and maybe still is a xxx rated site. Being Trueschoolaz at heart, Ampt didn't want to have any affiliation with such a site..So Ampt registered www.TrueSchool.com thus building the internet's nucleus of Hip Hop and the rest, as they say, is history or our true story.
